The venue
The meeting will be held at 29 rue d'Ulm, 75005 Paris.
You can reach it by bus (closed by: 21, 27, 24, 89, 75, 84).
The nearest metro stations are either Cardinal Lemoine (line 10) or Place Monge (line 7).
RERB is also an option with Luxembourg station.
Reception desk
The reception opens at 9 am and is located in front of the entrance.
Hot drinks and croissants will be waiting for you.
We will start at 9:55 sharp in order to respect the daily schedule.
WIFI
WIFI access: You can access WIFI via eduroam. We don't have general guest access for the congress.
Conference programme
We won't distribute a printed version of the programme.
Poster session
The poster session will take place after lunch and posters will only be displayed during this time.
If you are presenting a poster, please stay after the keynote to install your poster on the stands.
Presentations
If you are giving a talk, please have your presentation ready on a USB stick in ppt and pdf.
Come to each break to install your presentation on the computer that will be on display. In order to keep to the schedule, we won't allow the use of personal computers.
